HPV vaccination (9-valent)
Our clinic offers the 9-valent HPV vaccine to females and males of junior high school age and older. Please book at least 3 days before your preferred vaccination date.
The following groups are eligible under the municipal funding programs. At our clinic, vaccination is available only to people of junior high school age and older:
Girls: Registered residents of Miyazaki City, Aya Town or Kunitomi Town from Japanese elementary-school year 6 through the equivalent of high-school year 1 are eligible for routine vaccination with no out-of-pocket charge.

Boys: Registered residents of Miyazaki City in the same school-year age range are eligible for a full subsidy with no out-of-pocket charge.

All prices include tax. Self-pay vaccination costs ¥26,500 per dose.
Influenza, COVID-19 and HPV vaccinations are available
In addition to regular clinic hours, vaccination is available every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 18:30 to 21:30. Please use these evening sessions if you find it difficult to visit during the day.
Evening session closures: There will be no evening vaccination sessions on Wednesday, October 14; Monday, November 2; or Tuesday, November 3 (Culture Day), due to meetings and other commitments.
We generally also offer vaccination on public holidays, but please check the clinic calendar for the latest dates and times.

If you usually find it difficult to attend on weekdays, please make use of our public-holiday clinics.
We also offer vaccinations, including influenza vaccinations.
Patients with hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating of the palms or underarms) are also welcome.

Clinic schedule for September 21–23 (closed September 22)
Regular outpatient care is available from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 14:30 to 18:00 on September 21 (Respect for the Aged Day) and September 23 (Autumnal Equinox Day). There are no evening influenza vaccination sessions on either day. Dr. Inoue's hematology clinic is closed on both days. The clinic is closed all day on September 22 (public holiday), including vaccinations. Please check the clinic calendar on our website for details.
- August holiday period: regular care was provided except Sunday, August 9 and Tuesday, August 11.
- July 20: the clinic served as the designated holiday-duty clinic from 9:00 to 17:00.
- Dialysis unit: the dialysis room opened on November 1, 2025.
- Clinic name: the current name took effect on February 1, 2026.

Influenza, COVID-19 and HPV vaccinations

Consultations are also available on public holidays, subject to the date-specific schedule below. The clinic is normally closed from December 31 to January 3. Telephone advice is available 24 hours a day for patients who receive ongoing care at our clinic and have been given instructions for contacting us outside clinic hours.

For September and October 2026, Taniguchi’s ultrasound service is unavailable on September 21 and October 12 (public holidays). Dr. Inoue’s outpatient clinic is closed on public holidays and October 26, 2026. On October 19, 21 and 28, Dr. Inoue is available only in the morning (9:00–12:00). Koshiro Nishimoto, MD, PhD

After graduating from the National Defense Medical College, Dr. Nishimoto worked in urology, cancer care and dialysis medicine at Keio University Hospital, Tachikawa Hospital, Saitama Medical University International Medical Center and University of Miyazaki Hospital. He became director of this clinic in 2025.

Morihiro Inoue, MD

A graduate of the University of Tokyo Faculty of Medicine, Dr. Inoue served as head of hematology at Eiju General Hospital in Tokyo through March 2026. Wanting to work in his hometown of Miyazaki, he returned through a connection with a fellow alumnus of Miyazaki Nishi High School and now provides broad internal medicine and whole-person care at our clinic.

Blood and urine tests
Blood glucose, HbA1c, kidney function and urine findings help us assess your health. Tests are chosen after reviewing your symptoms, existing conditions and previous results.
Digital X-ray and bone density
Imaging conditions are adjusted to the examination while keeping radiation exposure as low as reasonably practical. X-ray-based bone density testing is also available to assess osteoporosis.
Multislice CT
Our CT system uses AiCE-i image reconstruction to support high-quality imaging with examination-specific dose settings.
Ultrasound
Non-radiation imaging for abdominal, urinary, cardiac, thyroid and vascular assessment.
Resting and Holter ECG
A resting ECG records the heart's electrical activity. A portable Holter monitor records continuously during daily life to help assess irregular heart rhythms and temporary changes.
ABI / CAVI
Blood pressure and pulse waves in both arms and ankles help assess arterial stiffness and blood flow to the legs.

About our logo
Our logo was presented to the clinic by Mr. Nishitateno of Jiki Co., Ltd. to commemorate the opening. Miyazaki designer Shiho Sugiyama created the design. The character is affectionately called “P-chan”; its tail combines a heart with the letter “N” from Nishimoto.
