Security and disclosure

We use access controls, staff training and other safeguards. Requests for disclosure, correction or restriction are handled under applicable Japanese law and clinic procedures.

Google Analytics and cookies

The site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand page use and actions such as phone, booking and map clicks. We do not send names, patient numbers, diagnoses or test results. Browser controls and Google's opt-out tools can restrict analytics cookies.

External services

Google Maps, DigiSmart online booking and linked external sites have their own privacy policies. Leaving this site may send technical information such as an IP address to that provider.

Research and statistics

Only approved uses are performed. Public statistics use anonymized aggregates and small-cell protection. Opt-out notices are issued for each applicable project; an opt-out page does not replace ethics review or other required procedures.
