Eligible patient counts and the availability of paired HbA1c and weight records. Averages and changes for small groups are withheld.

Distribution of ABI results and aggregate relationships with age and main diagnosis.
Kidney function and urine findings
Aggregate categories using eGFR with urine protein or urine albumin measurements.
