Each person contributes their first 75-g OGTT with an available two-hour glucose value. These percentages are not rates of confirmed diabetes diagnosis.

A value below 200 mg/dL does not necessarily mean normal glucose tolerance. Detailed categories below 200 are withheld to protect small groups. Confidence intervals for percentages use the Wilson method.

HbA1c is the nearest available measurement on the OGTT date or during the preceding 90 days. Measurements after the test are not substituted.

Differences are the ≥200 group minus the <200 group. Two-sided Welch t-tests were used. After Holm adjustment for multiple comparisons, p-values for age and HbA1c are both at least 0.05. This does not establish that the groups are equivalent.
SD describes variability. Confidence intervals for mean differences are per-comparison intervals and are not adjusted for multiple comparisons.
