We offer regular, pre-employment and night-shift health checkups. We help confirm the required tests and explain the process through to receiving results. Individuals may also arrange checkups for themselves or their employer.

When contacting us, tell us the number of people, preferred timing, job duties, and any required tests or employer forms.

For all courses A–D / Short form, Japanese, 1 page. Please print, complete and bring it to your appointment.

A and B are candidate courses. A doctor makes the final decision about omitting tests after reviewing job duties and medical history. C is the usual course at hiring or assignment to night shifts.

Basic courses A–D

All prices include tax and one results report in our clinic’s format.

A and B are for people eligible for omission of certain tests, as determined by a doctor using job duties and medical history, not age alone. C is the usual pre-employment course. For regular night shifts, C and D normally alternate at intervals of no more than six months.

C and D already include creatinine, ahead of its addition to statutory health checkups in April 2027.

These fees are separate from insurer-subsidized programs such as Kyokai Kenpo’s checkups. Check the insurer’s participating providers before booking if you wish to use a subsidy.

For special hazardous-exposure examinations, pneumoconiosis examinations and designated-work examinations other than night shifts, please contact an appropriate provider.

C and D include HbA1c, hematocrit, uric acid, urine blood and urine leukocytes in addition to statutory tests. Blood can be taken fasting or non-fasting; we record the time of your last meal.

From booking to results

1. Call to discuss numbers, dates and required tests

3. A doctor reviews the findings. We provide the report and advise on follow-up when needed
