Optional tests and tax-inclusive fees for specific, older-adult, company and individual checkups: blood and stool tests, ECG, ABI/CAVI, ultrasound, X-ray and CT.
Optional tests and fees
These fees apply to tests added to a specific, older-adult, company or individual checkup. All prices include tax. Blood-test fees include sample collection and explanation of results.
Tests already included in your checkup are not charged again. We check applicable municipal or insurer programs before arranging additional self-pay tests.

| Abdominal ultrasound Examines organs including the liver, gallbladder, pancreas and kidneys. | 5,000 yen |
| Chest X-ray (AI-assisted reading) A doctor interprets the images with AI support. | 3,000 yen |
| Chest CT Provides cross-sectional images of the chest. | 10,000 yen |
| Abdominal CT Provides cross-sectional images of the abdomen. | 10,000 yen |
Choosing tests
Choose tests according to age, medical history and previous results. Not every test is needed every year. If you have symptoms, arrange a medical consultation first.
PSA may be elevated without cancer and can lead to further tests or overdiagnosis. A positive stool blood test requires further investigation, usually colonoscopy.
X-ray and CT involve radiation. Tell us if you are pregnant or may be pregnant. Tests can miss disease or produce false-positive findings and cannot detect every illness.
